 In this series, you will learn how to move safely and effectively to stretch and strengthen your body, learn breathing techniques, practice self massage, and connect with a community of others in a similar life chapter. 

Gather as a community, breathe, and move your body as you prepare for birth!

No prior yoga experience necessary. We do recommend you check with your health care provider prior to your first class. Please call ahead if you have any questions or concerns.
