Monday’s @ Greenway Yoga Center

Yin Yoga, 7:00-8:00pm CST

In this class, we will hold postures for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin Yoga involves a moremeditative approach to yoga.

Tuesday’s @ Northern Yoga Center

Restore + Self Massage, 7:30-8:30pm CST

Restorative yoga is all about slowing down through passive stretching. To passive stretch means that you’re relaxed & holding a posture for a longer period of time. This restorative yoga class will incorporate the use of tennis balls as self massage tools. We may also explore oscillation, breath work, and meditation.

Moon Flow, 5:00-6:00pm CST

Moon flow is a class that replaces chaturangas (high to low plank transitions) with fun, unique, rejuvenating, and sometimes more challenging ways to link breath with movement.
