8 years ago, I never could have imagined the journ

8 years ago, I never could have imagined the journey that was ahead of me when I signed up for my 1st Yoga Teacher Training.

It's been full of adventure, overcoming fears, tears as I figured out what I want, teaching globally, & following what feels good.

Thank you to my past & current teachers for helping me grow into the person that I am today. I am proud of the woman, partner, friend, & teacher that I've evolved into because of this practice.

To my past & current students,
Thank you for trusting me to guide you on your journey of self-exploration & curiosity. I'm amazed to see your faces & yoga mats at class each week.

To yoga, thank you for being a practice that has carried me through some of my worst moments, the mundane, the exciting, & the wonder of life & its possibilities.

Because of you, I've met the greatest humans across the world- who opened my eyes new to cultures & shared the greatest memories.

This practice is my portal for creativity & expression. What can I create? What's possible? Where am I mentally? Physically? Emotionally?

I'm forever grateful for the space that you hold, the lessons & reflections that you've made space for, & for helping me feel better in my body.

Because of yoga, I was able to create a community here quickly after moving to Wyoming.

November marks 8 years of being a certified yoga teacher. I am forever grateful for this journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Whenever I tell people that I love EDM Music & see

Whenever I tell people that I love EDM Music & seeing DJs perform live,
I feel like they make assumptions about me & the culture.

These are the reasons I love going to @electric_forest & EDM music (watch Reel 📺)

I can listen to EDM for hours alone at home,
I dance, smile, & have a great time.
It brings me joy, especially on days when I'm in a funk.

The memories from the festivals live on.
Some of my favorite memories with Brock are from Electric Forest, it's why it's become a yearly tradition for us.

It's been so fun bonding with Brock in ways that involve the Vizslas. 🤍

As the Wyoming wind picks up,
I've been holding summer memories close to my heart.

I have to remind myself that winter brings us joy too.

Snowshoeing, Skiing, & the Quietness of winter.
That those too are things that fill our hearts (& our cups).

It doesn't matter what the weather is like outside or which activities are accessible,
That if we're together,
We'll have fun, laugh, & enjoy ourselves. 🤍

When is the last time that you took a break from social media?

They're a great way to pause & hit refresh on life.

I noticed I've become more in-tune with what I need.
I'm more present & have less of a need to capture everything I'm doing
or coming up with an accurate description of how I'm feeling.
I take the time to meet up with community IRL.
I'm less agitated or triggered by others.
I accomplish more work & have more time.
I spend more time reading, learning, doing yoga, & meditating.

10/10 recommend taking a social media break.
