Restorative Yoga and Myofascial Release Workshop

In this restorative yoga and myofascial release workshop, you will learn how to use these two complementary practices to deeply relax, release tension, and improve your overall well-being.
Restorative yoga is a slow-paced, gentle practice that involves holding poses for longer periods of time, supported by props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters. This allows the body to deeply relax and release tension in the muscles, fascia, and joints.
Myofascial release is a technique that involves applying sustained pressure to areas of tight or restricted fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports all of the muscles, organs, and other structures in the body. When fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can lead to pain, stiffness, and reduced range of motion.
No experience is required, come as you are. Bring a yoga mat & we will provide the rest of the props that you need for this deeply supportive and nourishing practice.
